NTUK procurement - invitation to quote for 'Audience Strategy' work

Over the course of this next year, National Trails UK is evolving in to more of a public facing organisation. This is to better deliver for the National Trails and to better deliver our strategy: strengthen the National Trails, advocate on their behalf and inspire more diverse people to enjoy the National Trails while building our organisational resilience.

A core part of this will be a Public Engagement Programme to grow a community of people who are engaged and passionate about the UK's 21 National Trails. To support this, we are looking to carry out some work to identify who our audiences are, segregate and prioritise them and work out the best way to reach them. This insight will also be used to help inform our current development of a new website for National Trails and to feed into a new comms strategy.

We are inviting quotes from marketing research specialists and have created a detailed Invitation to Quote document for those interested in the work, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

We have a budget of £25,000 inc VAT for this work. If you are interested in providing a quote, please send a document outlining your response to the brief by midnight Sunday 21 June to katec@nationaltrails.uk. Proposals can be received in NTUK branding or in a clearly structured document in your own house style. We will then shortlist week commencing 22 June, interview (if required) on w/c 6th July and aim to appoint later that same week. Best of luck!
